As a result of the annual performance and development reviews, the HR department compiles an annual training plan from which training is agreed and delivered.  Communication of the plan is open and honest through individual communication to employees so everyone knows what their training needs are and the company aims to deliver against those expectations.

We believe that learning is an ongoing experience that never stops.  Keller UK is an investor in people (IiP), and was awarded the accreditation in 2005.

We believe in the importance of providing our employees with an opportunity to express their views and encourage vertical and horizontal communications.  One of the ways this is achieved is through the Keller Information and Consultative Council, which is chaired by the UK Managing Director.
